Desired Outcomes:

• Participants will understand expected outcomes and requirements for program(s) in which they are participating
• Participants will have the chance to share what has worked for them in the past and brainstorm solutions for challenges
• Participants will have information and resources for book distributions, parent workshops, and family literacy events.

Agenda:
(Note: You only need to attend the sessions of the day that address the programs for which you are participating in 2014-2015; however, you may attend additional sessions if you are interested in learning about the programs.)

9:00 - 9:30 am Registration, review handouts 9:30 - Noon Orientation and program components

Session 2: All

12:00 - 1:00 pm Working lunch: Making the Most of Books to Go

Session 3: Every Child Ready to Read: Second Edition

1:00 - 3:00 pm Workshop components and practical application

Session 4: Fun with Math and Science Workshops

3:15 - 4:00 pm Program components and practical application
